The USA is my personal choice simply because I think the country is wonderful, the majority of the people very nice and the way the country is currently run is just how I like it. The State I would choose? It really has to be Florida simple because of the fact I love the place as I have been lucky enough to visit it many times.
Spain
There are lots of reasons why this is a good place to have a home in. The food, countryside and people have got to be the reason to buy a home here. Everywhere that I have visited in Spain has been very nice and I have never had any problems from the Spanish people. The great thing is that the food is good and can again choose to stay within a city or countryside. If you are planning on getting a house here and using it in the summer you simply must have a pool.
This is a wonderful country because it has so many things in it like the cities, countryside as well as the hot or cold climate. France is a country rich with culture and can be a great way to spend the summer or winter months of your time.
So there you have it, just a few of the places that you could be looking into when thinking about buying a holiday home, make sure that you also have holiday home insurance as this will help you out if you choose to rent the property out.
Even if you are thinking about getting a nice cottage you should think about holiday cottage insurance just to back you up if something does go wrong.
